Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Gwën Lurion ("Freelancer," "I," "me," or "my"), a sole proprietorship (ZZP) registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. By engaging in my SEO and content marketing services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Services

I provide SEO consultancy, content marketing strategy, copywriting, keyword research, site audits, and related digital marketing services. The specific details of each service will be outlined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice.

3. Engagement and Payment

• All work requires a written agreement via email, proposal, or contract.

• Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Typically:

  • 50% upfront for projects exceeding €1,000, with the remainder due upon completion.

  • Retainer services are invoiced monthly and due within 14 days.

• Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate as per Dutch law (Article 6:119a BW).

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information, access, and feedback in a timely manner.

• Ensure that any provided content, data, or materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

• Understand that SEO is a long-term process, and no specific ranking guarantees can be made.

5. Revisions and Changes

• Minor revisions (up to 2 rounds) are included in the agreed fee unless otherwise stated.

• Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at an agreed hourly or project rate.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private. I will not disclose, reuse, or share any sensitive client data without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables.

• I retain the right to showcase general descriptions of my work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate an ongoing project with a 14-day notice period.

• Work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.

• In case of a breach of these Terms, I reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately.

9. Liability

• I am not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from my services.

• SEO outcomes depend on multiple factors, including search engine algorithms and client implementation, which are outside my control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

11. Amendments

I reserve the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
